How to Rotate PDF Pages and Save Permanently

You open a PDF and half the pages are sideways. The viewer's rotate button only fixes the display — close and reopen and you're back to square one. Here's how to actually save the rotation.

Rotate online in seconds

1. Open Rotate PDF.
2. Upload your file.
3. Choose 90°, 180° or 270°.
4. Download the corrected PDF.

What about per-page rotation?

The simple rotator turns every page by the same angle. If only a few pages need rotating, split the file with Split PDF, rotate just those pages, then re-merge with Merge PDF.

Common cause: scanned documents

Scanners and phone scanners save pages in whatever orientation the camera sees. Always check orientation before sharing — and if a scan is hard to read, run OCR to make it searchable.
